Vintage 1980s RUSSIAN PALEKH PAPIER MACHE LACQUER Hand Painted Miniature Trinket Box USSR Signed 2" x 2" Soldiers Czar War Lacquered. This is a miniature Russian lacquered papier-mache trinket box. It is handpainted and signed on the back. It is a scene of several soldiers addressing someone of authority, either a king, czar, or religious leader. I believe it dates to the 1980s. It measures 2" x 2" x 1. It has a hinged lid. It is a black box with a red interior. It is in excellent condition with no loss of paint, damage, or wear.
