Decorated with partially raised gold floral scrollwork and raised white, yellow, and purple enamel flowers below a blue border with a gold net/lattice overlay and white enamel beads. The lid has a hand painted Watteau / courting couple scene in the center. Gold gilding along the edge.

Marked on the bottom with a pseudo / spurious hand painted overglaze Sevres type double L mark with three dots above and an R in the center. Has some wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition. Measures approximately 3 inches wide x 1 7/8 inches tall.
