This fabulous work from limoges has a COA enclosed in the egg which reads: This hand painted Limoges porcelain box contains a bronze miniature which has been made using an original technique called cire perdue. Mould is unique for each piece.

These figurines totally reworked and hand painted were originally created in Vienna in 1850. This egg box is in excellent condition, measures slightly over 6 tall, and features a sapphire blue jeweled top, with etched flowers surrounding the top of the glass dome.
