Here is a lovely antique hand painted wooden miniature box. The top of this box features a village or town scene, including trees, some cottages and people. 4" x 1 1/2" x 1 1/4. The box opens nicely & stays securely closed. The box weighs 61.6 grams.

Great hand painted village scene. The painted top of the box has some paint wear/chips by the left hand side tree & by the side of the roof of the cottage in the middle. A rough patch on the front side to the right. A chip/ding in the wood on the backside corner edge. Some dings & nicks on the sides.
